• "Portal" refers to client-facing interfaces created using our Service

You agree to use AppDeck only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

• Infringe upon intellectual property rights
• Transmit malicious code, viruses, or harmful content
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers

Billing

Free Trial

If you register for a free trial, you may use the Service free of charge until the end of the free trial period. You must enter valid payment information to start a free trial, but you will not be charged until the trial expires.

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by AppDeck and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

Your Content

You retain all rights to your Content. By uploading Content to the Service, you grant AppDeck a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display your Content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

Your use of our Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to our collection and use of information as detailed in the Privacy Policy.

• We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access
• We may perform scheduled maintenance with advance notice
• We are not liable for any downtime or service interruptions
• We reserve the right to modify or discontinue features with notice

• We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these Terms
• Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease
• All provisions that should survive termination shall survive

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action arising out of these Terms shall be filed exclusively in the federal or state courts located in San Francisco County, California.
