Which products are included?
All three products are included on every plan: Investor Data Room, Board Portal, and Executive Dashboard.
What counts as an “external user”?
External users are stakeholders who access your portals — board members, clients, vendors, investors, members, donors, or any other portal visitor. Your internal team members don't count toward this limit.
Can I change plans anytime?
Absolutely! Upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Changes take effect immediately and billing is prorated.
What happens after the trial?
After 14 days, choose a plan to continue. Your portals, settings, and data are preserved throughout the trial. Join the waitlist to start.
Can I mix different portal types?
Yes! On Professional and Enterprise plans, you can create portals of different types. For example, one Board Portal and two Client Portals on the Professional plan.
Do you offer nonprofit or education pricing?
