Do you charge per user?
No. Every plan includes unlimited external users — board members, investors, clients, vendors, donors, committee observers, anyone. You pay per workspace, not per seat, so adding stakeholders never changes your bill.
Can I change plans anytime?
Absolutely! Upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Changes take effect immediately and billing is prorated.
What happens after the trial?
After 14 days, choose a plan to continue. Your portals, settings, and data are preserved throughout the trial. During the beta we're flexible — and beta users lock in 50% off founding pricing for their first 12 months.
Can I mix different portal types?
Yes! On Pro, Business, and Enterprise plans you can mix portal types. For example, one Board Portal, one Investor Data Room, and one Client Portal on the Pro plan.
